Scenario
Jul has passed but no allw given in salary as promised. In Jun boss gave RM200 cash for travelling allw after staff requested for allowance. At the same time boss agreed to revise letter of emplyt to include the RM200 so that staff will get RM200 in Jul salary. Jul has passed & in the payslip, the RM200 wasn't there. Ha Ha Has boss changed boss' mind ?
On the other hand, boss gave RM5,500 bonus on Project A and it was banked in on 30 Jul. Boss has decided to incentivise by giving 15% of what client has pd. Sometimes, boss wishes to do things their way.
Giving adhoc incentive rather than a fixed allowance.
