May-Jul - many prospects have come & go. Many cannot afford RM680k. Those who can afford, do not like the house condition. Outside pillar crack due to soil settlement, floor crack, termite at door frame, leaking in back upstairs room.
1. Seller high expectation - From 600k to 680k
2. Tenant - unclean house - esp termite now in back room parquet floor
I have only accomplished one matter - managed to get developer to mend the crack
